How It Works
• A 3-month commitment is required unless canceled before the automatic renewal date.
• This lets you make monthly payments and reassess your marketing plan/strategy every quarter.
• 50% of your monthly rate is required to book your shoot date (on the first shoot).
The Shoot
• We captured all the content for the three videos in a single half-day shoot (4 hours, no split time).
• Other plans may involve two or three separate half-day shoots or production dates.
• Each final video will be a 15-second long.
• Our professional camera operators record everything in 4K Ultra HD.
• Select the platform where your videos will be broadcast to ensure appropriate framing is used.
• For instance, if you need a 4K vertical video, we will rotate the camera to portrait orientation to achieve the correct format.
The Editing Process
• Each video will be allotted 8 hours of editing plus slight color correction, supporting text, stock music, and one round of revisions.
• We will upload a rough cut to Wipster, our collaborating video platform, for feedback.
• Videos can be edited horizontally for YouTube and vertically or squarely for smartphone-optimized platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc…
Important Note
• Planning is important in order to maximize the production and editing time.
• Customers need to provide a script and/or shot list for each video.
• If the video requires supporting text, it is important to know prior to the shoot so we can frame the shots correctly.

His packages do not include travel expenses beyond the 40-mile radius from our locations or Crafts for the Crew & Talent. As well as special permits or required monitoring or security, etc.
The number of videos produced in a day of shooting could vary depending on crew size, video types, and video lengths. It is essential to review this with your HDmedia rep before quoting and once again at the pre-production call.
